Here are the positions that you can run for along  with their requirements:<br /> <br /> U2 Representative - must be a U2 student in 2012-2013<br /> U3 Representative - must be a U3 student in 2012-2013<br /> Honours Representative - must be enrolled in the honours economics program in 2012-2013<br /> Majors Representative - &nbsp;must be enrolled in the majors economics program in 2012-2013<br /> VP Events<br /> VP Communications<br /> VP Finance<br /> President<br /><br />For a description of what the different execs are expected to do as part of their position, go to the "About the ESA tab" and then choose "Executives".<br /> *All nominees must be registered economics students in the 2012-2013 year.</p>
<p><br /> <br /> The period for sending in your nominations will be next week: March 12th  to March 16th. We will not accept applications that are received before  March 12th or after March 16th.<br /> To nominate yourself, please email <a href="mailto:esamcgill@gmail.com">esamcgill@gmail.com</a>, subject line &nbsp;&ldquo;ESA Elections: position you are running for&rdquo;.<br /> In your email include a short blurb describing yourself and why you want  to run for this position, as well as a photograph of yourself. These  will be used to inform students of the candidates and their platforms.<br /> Then the period for campaigning will be the following days: March 19th to March 26th.<br /> Campaigning may only occur within the specified campaigning period.  After March 26th, candidates will have to take down any posters,  facebook groups, etcetera that they used in their campaigning process.<br /> <br /> The candidates will also be asked to give a short speech on the evening  of March 26th, more details to follow. We have all the clothing options we had last semester, as well as short-sleeved and long-sleeved t-shirts. <p>To place an order, you have two options: either<br />1. come to our office hours on Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. in Leacock 114-A or<br />2. come to the ESA tables in the Leacock and Bronfman lobbies on Monday 13th of February or Wednesday 15th of February from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.<br />We'll have an order form you can fill out. To make the process quicker, you can print the <a href="http://www.mcgillesa.com/storage/Order%20Form_Updated.pdf" target="_blank">order form</a> (which includes the prices!) at home and then give it to us already filled out.<br />You'll need to pay us in cash in person, which is why, unfortunately, you can't email us your order form.<br /><br />We hope that's clear.
