How to get in touch with your ESA Executives
You can reach the ESA through our official email address: esamcgill(at)gmail.com
You can use this address to request to be added to the ESA listserv, the email newsletter sent out to inform ESA members of upcoming events, opportunities, and general goings-on. See the guidelines below.
This address can also be used to ask any questions you may have about the ESA or Economics Courses.
All of the ESA executives welcome questions and comments via email.
OFFICE
The ESA now has an office! It is in Leacock Building on the main floor, Room 114A. You can find it by going in the corner behind the snacks counter. Our office hours are Friday from 1 to 4, an executive will be there during that time if you want to come talk to us and ask questions. You can also just try dropping in from time to time, there is usually someone there.
Listserv Submissions
The ESA welcomes requests to advertise economic events or opportunities in its listserv, for example student conferences or internships. However, bear in mind that submissions must be kept to at most four sentences.
If you have a longer submission, you are advised either to turn it into a pdf or other document which can be attached to the listserv, or to make sure your submission includes a weblink which interested students can follow for more information.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you understand that this is for the benefit of the listserv readers, so that they can quickly identify what is relevant to them, whilst being able to access more information if needed.
